Do you charge delivery fees?

Delivery is based on your location and the service area included with your rental. Additional mileage charges may apply outside our standard delivery area. We'll disclose applicable charges when providing your quote.
Where can you place the trailer?

No. Lucky Sevn delivers and picks up the trailer, so you don't have to worry about towing it yourself.
Will the trailer damage my driveway?

We take reasonable care when delivering and removing our trailers, but extremely heavy loads and certain driveway conditions can increase the risk of damage. Let us know about pavers, cracked concrete, soft surfaces, septic systems, low branches, or other concerns before delivery.
Do I need to be home when the trailer is delivered?

Not necessarily. If we've confirmed the placement location and have safe access to the property, we may be able to deliver without you being present.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, cash, Zelle and Venmo (all electronic payments may include an additional fee). Payment requirements will be explained when your reservation is confirmed.
What happens if I need the trailer longer than expected?

Contact us as soon as possible. Extensions may be available depending on upcoming reservations, and additional rental charges may apply.
What happens if I fill the trailer before my rental is over?

Contact us. Depending on availability, we may be able to pick up the full trailer and arrange another trailer or additional haul for an added charge.
Do you offer military/first responder discounts?

Yes, we do offer discounts for military and first responders. The amount will vary based on the specific rental pricing.
How does a dump trailer rental work?

We deliver the dump trailer directly to your home, property, or jobsite. You load it with your approved materials, and when your rental is complete, we pick it up and haul everything away for disposal.

Rental periods vary depending on the rental option you choose. Need it longer? Contact us before your scheduled pickup and we'll let you know if an extension is available.
What can I put in the dump trailer?

Our trailers can be used for many common cleanup materials, including household junk, furniture, remodeling debris, yard debris, and other approved materials. Some materials have special requirements, so let us know what you're disposing of when you book.
What can't I put in the trailer?

Certain hazardous or restricted materials cannot be accepted. Examples may include chemicals, paint, fuel, batteries, asbestos, and other hazardous waste. If you're unsure about an item, contact us before loading it.
Is there a weight limit?

Yes. Every trailer has a maximum allowable weight, and your rental may include a specific amount of disposal weight. Additional charges may apply if the included weight is exceeded.
